Among many other things, Robert Olen Butler won a Pulitzer Prize in 1993 for his collection of short stories, A Good Scent From a Strange Mountain and is the Francis Eppes Professor in English at Florida State University. In 2001 he recorded seventeen webcasts where he let the world watch him create a short story from beginning to end.
